We attended the Hawaii Visitor Convention Bureau’s Hawaii Chef Tour put on by Share Your Table and Sub Zero/Wolf. Held at the beautiful Subzero showroom in Burlingame, chefs Roy Yamaguchi of Roy’s, Alan Wong of Alan Wong’s, and D.K. Kodama of D.K. Steakhouse and Sansei cooked dish after wonderful dish of local Hawaiian flavor.
